Our client Brian Blum took on a real "fixer upper" to modernize for him & his daughter to live in as she enters the "tween years". Brian enjoys modern design, often travels for work and loves the feeling of being in luxurious Asian spa. We worked with Brian to craft a modern masculine aesthetic that would blend with the existing Southwest architecture, while also providing elements for his daughter to feel at home. Special attention was paid to the lighting design and balancing high contrast design elements with warm natural woods. We worked with creating a restrained color palette and adding organic elements to soften the space.

Our clients Gayle & Dan needed a sanctuary space for themselves when having their children & grandchildren visit at a family vacation home they had recently purchased. We were tasked with renovating an old workshop space into an independent apartment. We completely reworked the floor plan & designed many custom features for them including custom kitchen cabinets and doors, an armoire, a laundry room and a bathroom designed for aging.

Location: Taos, NM - 2024-2025
Our clients Joe & Julie Westermeyer inherited a family ski lodge in Taos. They wanted to update their families winter vacation home while staying true to the Southwestern Soul of the home that Joe's parents built many years ago. We updated the main spaces, including the bathrooms, bedrooms, living room, kitchen and created multi use spaces to accommodate their large blended family. We also designed custom features including an African mahogany bed, with increased storage, custom lighting and usb ports.
